Lori has been a Licensed Massage Therapist
since 2014 and joins
us on a monthly basis offering
a variety of relaxation techniques and styles to accommodate our
residents desire
for comfort.
Rachel, BSN
Rachel is our RN Delegator with PNW Nurse Consultants; she supports the AFH with all required oversight of delegated tasks per DSHS for our caregiving team and is an amazing on-call resource if the need arises.
Kayleen, NASMPT
Kayleen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is available twice weekly to support our for our residents with their 1:1 strength training goals!
Monroe Providers
We feel blessed to have cultivated strong community partnerships with fellow mobile healthcare providers such as FootWorks RN, Complete Acupuncture, New Era Mental Health Services and Holtz Safety & Compliance CPR/1st Aid.
